According to the instructions and the directives of the Ministry of Health it is not possible to return a health product once it was opened. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we aim to meet all the requirements of the customer. If you have changed your mind and/or you are unhappy with the product for any reason whatsoever, you can return it within one year from the date of purchase and be fully refunded, after ensuring the wholeness and the intactness (no broken bottles) of the product. The delivery fee is not refundable. Mail the product by registered mail to the address given to you
